Flourish is a UK-based initiative dedicated to building a sustainable future through career development in the green sector. We are incubated by the Institute for the Future of Work (IFOW).
Our vision is to create a society where everyone has access to good work that contributes to environmental sustainability and personal fulfillment. Flourish is designed to shape a fairer future through better work in the green economy, in line with IFOW’s Good Work Charter and informed by research from the Pissarides Review into the Future of Work and Wellbeing, supported by the Nuffield Foundation.
